- Physical products will be delivered direct to your door within 2 working days.
- All postage and packing fees are included in the stated price. We aim to deliver to all UAE addresses inside 2 working days.
- For other countries physical products would be delivered within 5 to 7 working days by courier service.

Defective Items (For Physical Products)

If the Technical Support agent determines that your product should be replaced, you will receive authorization to return the product.

Return Refund Policy (For Digital Downloadable Products)
All digital downloadable products related to database, we deliver by download link by email after payment authorized by credit card, debit card or PayPal
We dont have any refund policy for all digital products which related to downloads item.
After your payment we deliver the digital product by email, if you not receive our email in case in 24 hours time you can request multiple time so we will review and resend the link again.
If you have any confusion or not satisfied with our website content we request you to don’t buy anything until you not completed satisfied. once the digital goods purchased will not be refunded.
